RETURNS

The customer can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, however a refund is provided in the event of a defective product.

To start the return procedure, you must send an email to the email address:

Specifying in the subject that it is a return and describing the reasons in the body.

In the case of a defective product, it is necessary to attach photos that clearly show the defect and/or non-conformity of the product.

The rule always applies that products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete in all their parts.

After verifying these conditions, GO GOALKEEPING will refund the amount of the products within and no later than 14 days.
